“What was your first reaction?,” Action News Jax’s Ben Becker asked parent Meghan Miller. “They were dumb for doing it at school,” says Miller.
In an Action News Jax investigation, Becker obtained documents from the St. Johns County School District that say the dean and football coach, Jerry Kyle Skipper, is accused of “inappropriate actions on or about Aug. 28, 2022″ for “interactions with another colleague that involved flirtatious and sexual misconduct in and out of the workplace.”
Skipper’s direct supervisor, assistant principal Erin Lynn also received a letter from the district also accusing her of “inappropriate actions” on Aug. 28 adding those actions happened “with another adult in the workplace.”

Both Skipper and Lynn were placed on administrative leave Nov. 4.
Skipper faces possible termination at the next school board meeting on Dec. 13 but Lynn resigned on Nov. 8.
Becker first went to Lynn’s home to get some answers.

“I’m here to ask you about what happened at the school,” Becker said to Lynn. “No thank you,” she said. “You sure?” asked Becker. “Yes,” responded Lynn as she shut the door.
Next Becker went to Skipper’s home, but there was no answer.
“I think that’s gross,” says 18-year-old Tocoi Creek High School senior Patrick Guice. “Shouldn’t be done just wrong in general.”
The school district says it will not comment because the investigation is ongoing.
