Amber Alert: 16-year-old last seen in Lake City recovered safe

UPDATE: The Amber Alert issued for 16-year-old Ashlynn Cox has been canceled. She has been recovered and is safe.

ORIGINAL: A Florida Amber Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Ashlynn Cox who was last seen in the area of the 180th block of South East Beech St. in Lake City.

Ashlynn Cox was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, blue jeans, and white and lime Adidas shoes.

The teenager may be in the company of Jesse Hammersla who was last seen wearing a blue plaid short-sleeved button-down shirt and blue plaid shorts.

The two individuals may be traveling in a 2001 gold Toyota Sienna with a Florida tag number 9466AS.

The vehicle is described to have a dent on the front passenger side and a sticker on the bottom left and right rear windshield.

There are no hubcaps on the car with all tires appearing all black.
