Trial for Aiden Fucci tentatively set for November

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — New developments in the case of a St. Johns County teen accused of killing his classmate last year. Aiden Fucci, 15, made a brief appearance in court this morning during a pre-trial hearing.

A final pre-trial hearing was set for late October, with a likely trial set to begin early in November. Fucci, who was noticeably heavier and taller than his last court appearance, did not speak openly during the brief appearance.
