If you had any sliver of hope that Elton John would be able to make the June date for the return of his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, it’s time to put the sliver away...
It is with deep regret that Elton John must postpone the remainder of his upcoming North American 2020 dates on his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour from May 22 through July 8. Previously postponed performances were from March 26 through May 2, 2020.

Elton had announced postponed dates for the first half of the tour, but with the situation looking a bit more long-term now, the singer’s camp decided to pull the plug.
As of now, Elton John is still scheduled to resume the tour in the U.K. in September, but health experts sound skeptical that we would be returning to concert venues that quickly.
If you purchased a ticket for the June 3rd show, hold on to it for a rain-check next year:
"Ticketholders of all 2020 postponed performances should hold onto their original tickets as new show date information for 2021 will be announced soon. All original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled performances. Elton promises to continue performing live for all his dedicated fans around the world again and thanks you for your endless support."
