How To Watch the St. Louis Cardinals Outside the Local TV Market
If you don’t live in the Cardinals’ local television market, you probably won’t have access to Bally Sports Midwest no matter which cable, satellite or streaming service you have. (You’ll get a different regional sports network.)
So in order to watch all the Cardinals games, you'll need a subscription to either MLB.TV or MLB Extra Innings.
