Christmas tree pickup set for Wednesday in City of St. Augustine

St. Augustine — Yard waste collection remains on schedule in the City of St. Augustine.

That means residents who need to get rid of their Christmas trees can leave them on the curb Wednesday, and they’ll be picked up as part of the regular collection cycle. The trees have to be clean without any decorations on them. The collection will continue each Wednesday going forward.

Residents can also bring trees to designated drop-off sites at various locations in St. Johns County from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. through Jan. 4. Here’s a list of those locations:

Ron Parker Park: 607 Old Beach Rd.

Mills Field: 1805 Racetrack Rd.

First Tee Site at St. Johns Golf Club: 4401 Cypress Links Blvd.

Davis Park: 210 Davis Park Rd.

Tillman Ridge Transfer Station: 3005 Allen Nease Rd.

Stratton Rd. Transfer Station: 250 North Stratton Rd.
