The Liberty Street and Coastline Drive bridges top the of the top 186 Jacksonville bridges that are in need of repairs.
Action News Jax Skyvision captured the damage left by a collapse that happened on the Liberty Street Bridge more than a year ago.
Replacement of the bridge has been factored in Jacksonville's budget.
A wooden bridge is No. 4 on the list.
Ann Sauer has lived next to it in the Empire Point neighborhood for 11 years.
"The bridge needs to be replaced," Sauer said.
It's one of three on the list that City Council will consider for repairs this week.
Councilman Matt Schellenberg said Jacksonville's bridge infrastructure has been neglected for years.
The councilman said last year only $2 million went toward road and bridge repair.
He says there's a reason the money hasn't been spent.
"The pension obligation is eating into that pool of money," Schellenberg said.
Neighbors like Sauer said the city needs to keep up the infrastructure so collapses like the Liberty Bridge collapse don't continue to happen.
