Jacksonville, FL — Months after a shooting at Jacksonville Beach killed one person and wounded another as Fourth of July festivities were wrapping up, police have obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect.
Javoris Deandre Price, 18, is now charged with 2nd degree murder, attempted murder, and armed robbery in connection to the July 5th shooting near Latham Plaza, which killed Glen McNeil Jr., 23, and injured another man.
According to the Jacksonville Beach Police Department, Price was already in the Duval County jail on unrelated charges.
Police say Price was identified as the suspect after numerous witness interviews.
