Jacksonville, FL — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the weekend death of a street sweeper in Mandarin.
The man was apparently trying to clear something from the machine on Saturday when he became entangled in it, and was killed.
It happened in the parking lot of the McDonald's on San Jose and Loretto Road.
Police say the victim was in his late 40's or early 50's; his name hasn't been publicly released.
