Jacksonville, FL — A day of construction work turned tragic in Baldwin.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating after an industrial accident Tuesday afternoon, near the intersection of I-10 and US 301, claimed the life of a worker.
At this time, police are releasing few details about what exactly happened, but they do tell us, the man was found pinned under a compactor, which had tipped over.
Police say they don't yet have any information about what companies were involved or any details about the victim's work history.
His name is also not being released.
