Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Beach Police Department says it's investigating a disturbing, sexual battery that occurred early Wednesday morning.
According to police, the suspect broke into the 63-year-old victim’s condominium, just south of Oceanfront Park, on South 1st Street, at around 3:00 am, through an open sliding glass door that was on a 2nd floor balcony.
Police describe that suspect as a black man, approximately 5'10'' tall, and weighing about 200 lbs. He was said to be wearing a gray hoodie, baseball cap, a white thermal shirt, and dark denim pants.
