Clark Howard says tech-savvy crooks can hack a bank account, and rig it up to wire money out of the US and into their hands.  But there's one way to cut down on that risk.  "You can go to your bank, and set up where there must be double authentication for any wire transfers out of your account," said Howard.

He also recommends small business owners buy a second computer and use it strictly for business payroll and banking.
