The Polk County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a missing millionaire lottery winner.

43 year-old Abraham Shakespeare was reported missing November 9th.  He hasn't been seen in seven months.

But Sheriff Grady Judd fears Shakespeare may be a victim of foul play because he won $31 million in 2006.

"We're looking to see what may have happened.  We know he disappeared and it was seven months before anyone reported him missing.  And interestingly enough a source of information, not his immediate family, was first to report him missing".

Shakespeare was sued in 2007 by a truck driver who claimed the man stole the winning lottery ticket.
