Teen Charged With Deadly Accident Going To Court

A teen who was driving during a deadly crash on I-295 will go to trial on October 16th.

A judge set the trial date for Brandon Hodges, Thursday.  The teen was behind the wheel when his Ford Explorer rolled over, killing four of his friends.

They were on the way to the beach on the last day of school at Ed White High.

Hodges is charged with four counts of driving without a licenses causing death.
