Since the housing market has changed for the worse, Real Estate Expert Tim Becker says the industry is changing the way it does business for the better.

"The second quarter [of this year] is really another step towards the positive," says Becker.

He also added that the housing market is still in a bad situation, but he believes the formula for recovery means improving the job market.

"People feel confident in their jobs, companies start hiring again, people will spend more money, retailers need more space, companies need more space - that will have a trickle down effect onto the real estate side."
