Police in Tennessee continue to investigate the death of former N-F-L quarterback Steve McNair.
Current Jaguar lineman Tony Pashos played with McNair in Baltimore.
He said the murder should not overshadow McNair's impressive career on and off the field.
"It kind of will be brought up every time with his name. and he has done so much good for so many people and been such a strong leader for some many years in such a tough game, that I hope it doesn't always tarnish his name," Pashos said.
He said that McNair lived up to his reputation as a respected player and strong leader and he is very sad to hear the news of McNair's murder.
