Jags Sign Rookie Receiver Thomas
The Jaguars have signed another draft pick.
The Jacksonville Jaguars sign rookie wide receiver Mike Thomas on Thursday. They have already released defensive back Calvin Lowry.
Thomas was the club's fourth round pick in the most recent NFL draft and the second draft pick to be signed this year. He is one of three receivers that the Jags choose in the draft. Thomas played college football at Arizona.
Lowry has been a jaguar since December of 2008 and was inactive for the final two games. He has played in 43 games with 14 starts for Tennessee and Denver.
