A former St. Johns County middle school teacher is accused of giving a 10 year-old Pennsylvania girl drugs, then raping her.
62 year-old David Hodges retired from Switzerland Point Middle School in 2008, he was the technology teacher there.

Prosecutors say Hodges gave the child part of an anti-anxiety pill to put her to sleep, then raped her.

Hodges turned himself in Tuesday to the Pennsylvania State Police but is back in St. Johns County after posting bond.
