Real estate investor Andy Heller thinks now is the perfect time to starting buying houses for profit.
"This is a once in a life time opportunity, I call it the perfect storm for the real estate investor," Heller said.
He said 40-percent of all home sales last quarter were bank owner foreclosures, providing an opportunity for people who are ready to invest.
"If you buy more than two, buy four, five, or six, during this next one or two years, you could set yourself up for life. Because when the economy rebounds you got a whole bunch of property you bought way, way, way, below market," Heller said.
He also said that other people are running away from the market now, clearing out competition and making it even easier to get deals done.
He is pitching his ideas at two workshops, one Thursday night and another this weekend. The seminars are at the Jacksonville Real Estate Investors' Association at 103 Century 21 Drive in Jacksonville.
