A local woman says she will sue Shands Hospital because doctors left part of a knife in her head.
Edith McQueen claims that she went to Shands Jacksonville in 2005 after she was stabbed.

Her attorney tells our news partner Channel 4 that the hospital never took an X-Ray.

The knife blade is still in her head while doctors figure out what to do.

Shands officials say they don't talk about patient's confidential medical conditions.
