Polk County Residents Protest CSX in Jacksonville
A group of Polk County protestors picketed in front of the Downtown Jacksonville offices of CSX today.

The 20 neighbors made the three-hour drive from Winter Haven to protest the construction of an intermodal that's scheduled to begin within days, right next to their homes.
The neighbors filed a lawsuit two years ago, asking for some kind of compensation, but say they've only been offered a wall to block the noise.

CSX says the deal has been in the works since January 2006 and they've made contact with the residents of the Sundance Ranch Estates on numerous occasions. They're promising noise and light buffers to reduce distractions, and say the facility will bring 110 jobs to the region.
What others are saying
- CSX ProtestCSX does make bad neighbors, for these people or any other. Just look at news reports from all over the eastern US. Not only do they bully individuals, but they bully lawmakers and municipalities as well. Why do the taxpayers pay so much to CSX for crossings and equipment because they can get away with it. Until Washington changes it, it will continue to happen.

I've got documentation that states 2004.
The question is:
What is the purpose of making an inaccurate statement?
