New information in the case of a Jacksonville Sheriff's Officer killed in a car accident more than a month ago.  The Florida Highway Patrol says officer Michael Hartsfield's girlfriend was driving drunk on July 30th when he was killed and she's now charged with DUI Manslaughter.

Authorities say Vicki Mullins, 45,  was driving the Ford Mustang convertible on Fort Caroline Road when it went off the road and crashed.

The car landed in a ditch upside down.

Investigators say Mullins' blood alchohol level was twice the legal limit.

Hartsfield, 50, was an 18 year veteran of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
