Time could be running out to get a free inspection on you home. My Safe Florida Home says they only have a few thousand applications for free home inspection left. "And it can identify ways to strengthen your home, and it can also possibly qualify you for savings on your insurance," Home inspector Chris Thomas said. He says his company, Thomas Enterprising, has done more than 3,000 inspections in Northeast Florida. He said the program was started two years ago to help harden homes against possible hurricanes.
