Cops Find Dozens Of Explosives During Drug Bust
Alachua County police are defusing more than 30 explosive devices, after making a drug bust at a Gainesville home Monday.
One person is in custody, after police say they found a man growing marijuana in a trailer in his back yard. Police haven't released his name.
The bomb squad reportedly used a water cannon to destroy some of the explosives Tuesday. They'll be back at the home again Wednesday.
Police reportedly describe the explosives as "home made."
The home was in a rural area, with no other homes nearby. One home was reportedly evacuated as a precaution.
