Coast Guard: More Information On "Delilah"
The Coast Guard needs any information about the vessel named "Delilah" to resume their search.
The Coast Guard says they know nothing about the vessel Delilah.
There was a distress call from the vessel on July 4th, 140 miles east of Savannah, GA.
Crews and civilians searched for the vessel and the 6 people on board and turned up nothing.
"We officially stopped searching a few days ago (Sunday) but if anyone has any information that may lead us to reopen the case we would be certainly open to it," says Petty Officer Bobby Nash.
Nash says their search for what type of vessel it is or where it was traveling to or from came up empty.
