Reward Increased To Find Stray Bullet Killer
On what should have been Donna Mills' 30th birthday, her family announces an increased reward to find her killer.

Through benefits and donations, the friends and family of Donna Mills raised an additional $15,000 to add to the $1,000 reward. With the help of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and the Justice Coalition, they're using the money to get solid leads that will help locate the shooter.
Donna's younger sister, Sarah, says even if the killer is found...

"No, I can't forgive the person, because they're out there right now and they're not coming forward and doing the right thing, and saying 'I'm responsible for this.' They're living their life. So, no, I will never forgive them, ever," says Sarah Mills.

Donna Mills was struck and killed by a stray bullet last December in her Preserve at Cedar River apartment. You're asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (904-630-2172) if you have any tips that could lead authorities to the suspected shooter.
