Moussa Maida was gunned down by the man pictured during a Sunday morning during a robbery of the Snappy Food Store at Trollie Lane and Merrill Road in Arlington on May 4th.

"If you have information that can lead us to this individual and the arrest and conviction of this ruthless thug, then we need your help," Ken Jefferson with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office pleads.

Jefferson hopes the black and white shoes of the suspect give some sort of clue as to the identity of the gunman.

Anyone with information can call First Coast Crimestoppers, remain anonymous and earn a cash reward.

Maida was opening the store, owned by his father, when the suspect broke in and fired at least two shots before making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
