Management at the Oaks of Atlantic Beach trailer park sent a letter to neighbors this weekend, saying there's a water pressure problem because of repairs at their treatment plant.

Now, neighbors say they're getting black and dirty water, if they get any at all.

So far it's not known when the neighborhood will get the water back.
