New information about the effects of a possible water withdraw from the St. Johns River is available on line.

The St. Johns River Water Management District is publishing the results of their study to find out what would happen to the river if central Florida withdraws water.

Teresa Monson with The St. Johns River Water Management District says they're posting the results of a study of the river on their website.

"Evaluation of the cumulative effects of these proposed surface water withdraws on the St. Johns River basin," Monson said.

She says the new information is about what will happen to the river after two years of water withdraws.

The plan to withdraw more than five million gallons of water a day has been floated by central Florida counties, but is currently stalled.

You can find the information here.
