Man Who Died in Nursing Home Fire Named

Police release the name of a man who died in a Green Cove Springs nursing home fire.

60-year old James Carter died when his room caught fire last month.

There is evidence that Carter, who used oxygen, had been smoking when the fire started.

Nine other people who were at the building were all treated at the hospital and released.
