Man Accused of Rape in Jail Faces New Charge A man accused of raping a female prison guard in a Duval County jail says he didn't do it. Jonathan Tave, 26, is accused of killing a man in 2005 and is facing charges for last month's attack on a guard last month. He plead not guilty to the rape charges at a court appearance on Thursday. He is already facing charges in a 2005 carjacking that turned into the murder of Cedric Henry. "He's talking about certain levels of treatment but again nothing can be confirmed or denied. And alike the judge will make the final determination whether or not he is entitled to stay here or be relocated," Tave's lawyer Micheal Bossen said. Add your commentWhat others are saying
