Police say the homeless man found dead on Sunday behind the Atlanta Bread Company on San Jose Boulevard.

Police say 36-year old Gary Mosansky beat 53-year old Keith Westbury to death with his hands a piece of wood.

They believe he died of blunt-force trauma to the head, but waited for the medical examiner to confirm that before declaring it a homicide.

They say a confrontation between the two men started at a labor pool and end with the beating.

"Apparently they knew each other from a labor pool -- had a disagreement from several days prior," Lt. Pat Ivey said. Mosansky was arrested early Monday morning and charged with aggravated battery and murder.
