There's a new took to help you report suspicious activity that could lead to terrorism.

The BusinessSafe website was launched at 11am on Wednesday, but it's ready to accept any reports about suspicious activity in Florida that could harm the multiple industries of the state. The site is also set-up to send you electronic alerts of activity that could impact you.

Steve Donaway with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement says the purpose is to keep businesses connected and observant statewide.

"80% of our critical infraustructure is in the hands of private citizens, controlled by that," says Donaway. "And the fact that they're our eyes and ears out there, they are a huge part of our preventative effort."

The website will cost the state $4-thousand dollars a month to run, but it's free for those who use it.

To access the site, visit BusinessSafe at the FDLE website.
