Charges Upheld In High School Attack
Charges upheld against three teens accused of a racially motivated beating.
Three teens accused of taping a racially motivated beating go before a judge in a non-jury trial.
The three black teens are accused of attacking a 17-year old Karl Koch Jr., who is white, outside Forest High School last month.
"And I want the worst penalty you can get, because what they did to me wasn't right," Koch said.
Witnesses said that the three teens were looking for a victim and used racial names against Koch.
Parts of the beating were even caught on tape.
The judge upheld the aggravated battery charges against the teens and sent them back to Juvenile detention.
The judge says he will sentence the teens at a later date.
