Southbound Traffic Snarl

Heading south toward Daytona or Orlando was a nightmare this morning following a crash involving two semi trucks at the St. Johns/Flagler County line.

The Florida Highway Patrol says traffic was backing up for a car fire when two semi trucks collided after 9am.

One of the drivers was flown to Shands Jacksonville with a broken leg.

Southbound traffic on I-95 at the St. Johns/Flagler County line was slow for two hours but is now moving again.
