Could Jags Shuffle in Lito Sheppard?
Lito Sheppard is one of the most accomplished football player to come out of Jacksonville since Bob Hayes. The two time Pro Bowler from Raines High School might be coming home. Reports in Philadelphia say the Jaguars have been discussing a trade for the Eagles cornerback. The Jaguars already have one Jacksonville native at corner, Rashean Mathis. Sheppard would be a good addition, although the Jaguars already signed Drayton Florence in free agency and already have Brian Williams on the roster.
The Jaguars mini-camp will be open to the public this year. It will also be held later than ever before. Usually, the post-draft mini-camp is a weekend or two after the draft, but this year, it's June 6 and 7. Also this year it will be open to the public.
Here's the Jaguars Mini-Camp Schedule:
June 6 - 2 sessions, both open to the public
June 7 - 2 sessions, both open to the public
