The study was authored by Jacksonville U. and University of North Florida and fails to account for any kind of natural fix and as usual blames human activity for a 'sick' St. John's. Problem is Florida has been fighting a drought, as well as thr myriad of goverment regulations that have done more to hurt than help.<br> <br> Way to go, Neil Armingeon, the pot-bellied pig of the Riverkeeper.
