If the JEA had not expanded into St. Johns, Clay and Nassau Counties maybe they would not have to spend such a large amount for interest on the money they had to borrow to go into these other counties. My suggestions is to sell the assets and customers in the other counties and reduce our rates. By expanding into other counties they have caused them to have to add more generating capacity for which they chose natural gas fired turbines, the most expensive way to produce electrictiy.
