Firts there should be no toll road, that <br> should come out of the gas tax that is imposed for that reason, to build new roads.<br> If they should let a private company build the road and charge motorist tolls then they should pay property taxes, just like every one else. The goverenment should not be in charge of aby thing. They can not be trusted.
