I am glad I waited a day to let this pan out.<br> <br> Mr. Dupree is as wrong as can be. The Blue Dogs are Lapdogs. They folded. And anyone within a few shock treatments of lucidity knew damn well they were going to fold. When the Dems need the Blue Dogs, they deliver.<br> <br> Mr. Dupree, who constantly reminds us how long he has been on Capitol Hill, is aware of this, but it makes better copy to mislead his readers, in my opinion, by saying that there is some uncertainty rather than a foregone conclusion.
