its sad and sorry when the few greedy people left are willing to continue to dump the rest of the bail out burden on the backs of a few because they smoke the packs of cigarettes that are bought will not be enough to bail out the florida short fall. but it is enough to further backrupt a few just because they smoke. Why punish us twice
