The Jaguars make some quick cuts after their dismal showing in the home opener.

1st year Receiver Nate Hughes and veteran Tight End Greg Estandia have been waived.
Hughes failed to catch 2 passes in the end zone Sunday.

Estandia was flagged for illegal motion in the second quarter.

Sources say they've also lost receiver Troy Williamson for the year due to a torn labrum.

The Jags have signed rookie cornerback William Middleton off Atlanta's practice squad and added free agent safety Courtney Greene.
