Report: Matt Jones Faces 3 Game Suspension
It appears that Matt Jones will be suspended for three games by the NFL.
ESPN is reporting that Jones has received a letter from the league detailing the suspension on the heels of his entry into a pre-trial intervention following charges of cocaine possession.
If there is a good time for Jones to miss three games, you would think that this is the time.
The Jaguars play the Browns, Bengals and Lions the next three week. They have a combined 2 wins between them.
However, considering that Mike Walker is likely on the shelf with an infection in his knee, the Jaguars choices at wide receiver are dwindling for Sunday's game against Cleveland.
