We're not sure if it's his "winning" personality, conservative outlook (though he's a Libertarian), or just the fact that Neal is fun to listen to!  
 
The show is called the "Rude Awakening" for a reason: Neal isn't afraid of offending someone to be politically correct, and that can make some folks mighty uncomfortable. He tells it like it is. After all, someone has got to to say it!
